My New Holland 3630 tractor is giving me problems with the 3 point not lifting however the factory front loader works the power steering works and the PTO all 3 point work will go down when the chain for a while is heldyour car and when the position control knob is activated it goes down, but does not rise I have checked the hydrolic filter a fluid level everything is good.Do you have any idea?
Check lowering valve and filter adjustment and oil for metal / debris.Also check your valves for sticking or metal / debris, damaged seals, etc.
If the strainer is not clogged, then you could have skewed cylinder gaskets, a bad relief valve, or a bad pump.
